Togari Onsen Ski Resort Togari Onsen is a village on the outskirts of Iiyama City in Nagano Prefecture, one of the heaviest snowfall areas in Japan, and possibly, the world! It is a small, peaceful place with close to nature, with hot springs, and many traditional temples and shrines. It is not as crowded as Hakuba or Nozawa Onsen, and more convenient than places like Madarao or Myoko, but within easy reach of all of those places, making it the perfect base for winter sports.

What Level ski lesson should I take? What level am I?+
We can arrange lessons just for you. Let’s talk first and figure out your level together. We find lessons go more smoothly and you have more fun when skiing with friends who are about the same level as you. If the members of your group have some true beginners as well as, say, an intermediate level skier, we recommend splitting the time into two. Get in touch to discuss your options.
Is ski rental equipment included with lesson?+
Lesson rates do not include rental nor does Togari Ski School operate equipment rental.

All participants are required to wear a helmet. Please don’t forget to bring one.
